Dr. Board is the owner of Audicles Hearing ServicesServices, which has two locations in San Antonio. She is a past president of the Texas Academy of Audiology, and is very interested in strengthening relationships between audiologists and graduate students in Texas. When not working, Tracy loves to travel with her husband and daughter.
Steven Hamlett

Dr. Hamlett has always been fascinated with the relational aspects of communication. Being able to improve people’s hearing enables them to better communicate with an relate to the world around them. When not working at Abilene Audiology Co., Steven is spending time with his family and volunteering in the children’s ministy at SouthSide Baptist Church in Abilene.
Scott Marquardt

Scott and his wife Kim are co-owners of Clarity Hearing, which operates in four locations around Houston. He is also the founder of the Marquardt Foundation, which has donated over $100k worth of hearing aids and benefitted more than 100 people.
Lillie McMinn

A recent graduate, Dr. McMinn started her career as an audiologist in 2025, serving patients of San Angelo and the surrounding West Texas region. This is her first year on the board of the Scott Haug Foundation and she is thrilled to give back to audiology students and the audiology community. When away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Jacque Patton

Jacque served most of her career as the head of audiology at Sunshine Cottage School in San Antonio. She loved helping children learn to use hearing technology to listen and develop spoken language, working with their parents and educational professionals. She enjoys sailing, walking, traveling and doing just about anything her grandkids want to do!

Celeste has been a proud member of the Scott Haug Foundation Board of Directors since 1989, serving a total of eight three year terms. Over the years, she has worn many hats, including serving as VP / Secretary for two years, President for two years, and she has managed the website since 2015.
Lindsay Shafer

Dr. Shafer had the privilege of purchasing Beckman Audiology in 2018 from Dr. JT Beckman. She has a passion for helping patients have access to communication and run her practice in a way where patients know her team will go out of their way to help and do what is right. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her husband and three children, serving at Calvary Baptist Church Lumberton and Bible Study Fellowship, reading and anything creative!

Dr. Beckman practiced for over 30 years in Port Arthur, Texas and retired in 2018. He enjoyed his private practice, helping his patients in Southeast Texas to hear better. He misses the relationships he made with his patients and is ever-grateful for the opportunities he had to help and serve others.

Dr. Watson has been serving at Audicles Hearing Services in San Antonio for over 40 years. She has a reputation for authenticity and genuine love for her patients. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing and learning to play the piano.
